“Rare” and “Random”
Our “mainstream media,” ever in lockstep with Marxist (Democrat) mayors, governors, and woke prosecutors, overuse the above terms in an effort to mask their cynical indifference to the suffering of the innocent, whom they’ve falsely sworn to protect.

The best (and the only reliable) predictor of future behavior, is past behavior. When leftist courts and politicians endlessly release, then re-release, demonic sociopathic felons back into the public square, how can anyone call their next barbarous homicide, “random?”
On the contrary, such violent crimes are wearily predictable, and we seldom have long to wait!
It is not “rare” for our courts to repeatedly re-release violent criminals back into our community, even when they are incontrovertibly dangerous to themselves and others. So, what is “rare” about these same criminals re-offending before the ink is even dry on the paperwork?
Woke judges and courts are the darlings of Marxists, because they insure, indeed manufacture, a intensified rate of violent crime, keeping the population continuously anxious and frightened.
That’s the way Marxists want it, because that’s the way they seize and consolidate power!
Don’t expect the truth from liars.
This is exactly the way Lenin and Stalin come into power one hundred years ago.
