21 July 20 DTI 19 Paper Targets: A number of years ago, I was asked by a major printer of paper targets which of their designs I liked best for “qualification and testing” I indicate I didn’t like any of them! So, I was invited to design my own, and in conjunction with a close colleague, I designed the “DTI 19″ Paper Target. I’m not sure the DTI 19 Target is perfect either, but my students and I have found it extremely useful in our training in the “serious use” of pistols, rifles, and shotguns. Many have asked where they can get copies of the DTI 19.
