I’m wondering why our thoroughly “woke” CGs of NORTHCOM and NORAD haven’t by now both been abruptly relieved of command (fired).
Both have nonchalantly admitted, with straight faces, that their respective organizations failed to detect significant hostile intrusions of US air space!
Yet, a lowly Marine rifle company commander is instantly relieved of command when a single unit weapon is lost during an FTX.
Is the notion of individual accountability, with no excuses (that was drilled into my head when I was a young Marine Second Lieutenant) now completely dead within the upper echelons of the US Military?
Why is our “Bidenized” Chairman of the JCS far more obsessed with “white privilege” and “sameness of outcomes” (rather than “equal opportunity”) than he obviously is about actually winning wars?
I wish I had better news, but it’s hard to argue with Xi!
