This from a friend in the Federal System:
“BATF is switching from SIG 228s to SIG 229s and 239s in 40S&W. They apparently think the additional power of the 40S&W round more than makes up for the decrease in the number of rounds available. Now that the FBI is issuing all new agents Glock 23s, the switch to 40S&W and 357SIG within the Federal System, it seems, is on.”
It’s difficult to keep up with all these trends!
