Running with Guns!
A deployed weapon should not slow us down!
Holding a pistol with both hands while running is like running with your hands tied together.
Getting from cover to cover needs to be done as fast as possible. The enemy should never get more that a fleeting glimpse!
Handgun?
Separate your hands and run normally. Make sure finger are where they belong.
Rifle?
Use your strong-side hand on the pistol-grip or receiver and run!
Threats moving quickly, unexpectedly, and rapidly make difficult targets. Slow, ponderous targets don’t!
