“Nearly everyone outside Cook County, and most inside Cook County, are unhappy with Mayor Rahm Emmanuel and his radical liberal/leftist political machine, particularly his anti-gun agenda.
Now, some audacious souls are actually stepping off the ‘Plantation!’
Downstate Democrats are breaking with the Chicago political machine and siding with concealed-carry advocates on the other side of the aisle, as well as publically opposing additional anti-gun legislation being proposed for the entire state by the Mayor, as he sits in his plush Chicago office, behind an army of heavily-armed bodyguards.
This is the way MN got its concealed-carry law several years ago. Pro-gun Democrats (yes, there is such a thing!), siding with Republicans, pushed aside radical leftists in their own party and made it possible for all good people to legally carry concealed.
The Chicago Plantation is finally starting to break apart, over this issue!”
Comment: It is on this very issue that radical leftists have no viable argument. All they can say is:
“Guns are for us, not for you.”
That worn-out, arrogant attitude no longer resonates with even the sincerest of Plantation residents. Slavery is still slavery, no matter how leftists attempt to camouflage it. Their former dupes have wised-up and are now walking off the Plantation, in droves!
When “slaves” legally own and bare arms, they’re no longer slaves!
