“Attractive” Victims!
A repeat violent offender from Iowa, having violated his bale-free pretrial release (granted by a woke judge, despite multiple forcible felonies) was on the run last week. He had failed to appear for a scheduled meeting with his “pretrial supervisor” in January, but a warrant for his arrest was not issued until March, too late for his latest victims!
This VCA struck a elk while driving in UT. His disabled vehicle was subsequently towed, and the tow-truck driver deposited him at a local motel afterward.
As so often happens, this VCA (who should have been locked-up) then went on an opportunistic, violent crime spree! He murdered three innocent women, one after breaking-into her rural home, and two more who were hiking on a local trail. He stole cash, credit cards, and a vehicle from his dead and dying victims.
He was arrested without incident a few days later in CO
Lessons:
1) Jails and prisons are there to protect us all! But recent, woke-inspired “criminal-justice reforms,” in-concert with soft-headed prosecutors and judges, are putting thousands of murderous felons (like this one), who should be locked-up, back out on the street every day, as we see. Who naively think “the System will protect me” need to stop being so naive and realistically consider whom “the System” is really protecting!
Liberals want lots of “good victims.” Be one at your peril!
2) There are no “safe places” (although some are safer than others). No public place is “safe.” You are never “safe,” even within your own home.
3) De-selection. Some potential victims of violent crime are more “attractive” than others. The constantly distracted, self-consumed, clueless, unaware, and unfocused are routinely selected for victimization, because they’re obviously not paying attention to their surrounding. Hence, heads-up alertness is good general practice for anyone and makes one “unattractive” to VCAs who are searching, and constantly “evaluating.” Accordingly, like it or not you are perpetually “auditioning” for the role of victim. It is in your best interest to “fail your audition!”
VCAs are not “good fighters,” but are masters at masking true intentions. Most are sleazy cowards and thus not any kind of fighter, and they quickly lose interest when it looks as if there is going to be a fight! Rather, VCAs are “good victimizers” They select their victims carefully, so that “fights” are avoided. The foregoing is the reason women, children, elderly, the visibly handicapped are selected for victimization by violent felons far more often than are adult males. Although, no one is immune, to be sure.
4) Personal Readiness. Readiness is not a “lifestyle.” It’s a Way of Life. It starts with boldly, audaciously claiming your own magnificence!
Alert, aware, judicious, frosty, armed! Ready for anything. Counting on nothing. As with driving, you are an alert, careful driver, but you still wear your seatbelt.
5) Of course, prepared citizens are ever mocked and maligned by self-righteous liberals for daring to value their own lives. How often do we hear about the critical necessity of personal competence and realistic preparation from the liberal media?
When violent crimes like the foregoing triple-murder do occur, Democrats and their media stooges pretend be “surprised,” when it is their repeated “Let’s all be good little victims” messaging that always sets the stage.
Don’t listen to them!
