Teaching and Learning

Teaching is one side of the coin. Learning is the other side. You as the instructor are responsible for both during your class. This instructor development class will help learn to be flexible and agile in your plan so that you will meet the needs of your students. This is your job. You need to ensure that they take away both what you have to say and what they need to hear.  Your knowledge of equipment, techniques, planning, observation skills, accuracy, and your ability to develop their competence  and confidence will lead them to success.
