DSA, Democratic Socialists (actually Communists) of America, insist that our Constitution is obsolete and must be replaced with a socialist “Master Plan.” They point to China, North Korea, Iran as examples of socialism’s “success” (just ask someone who lives there!) Depressingly, “regular” Democrats are not far behind!
When leftist politicians repeatedly return violent felons and illegal aliens, unpunished and un-deported, back into society, and thereafter protect and defend them by criminalizing any form of self-defense on the part of legitimate citizens, in addition forbidding legitimate citizens from even owning guns, then these same leftist politicians are actually recruiting violent criminals and illegal aliens into a domestic “proxy army,” whose mission it is to terrorize all who oppose socialism/Communism, all who cherish our American individual freedoms and liberties, enshrined in our (as noted above, soon to be replaced) Constitution.
In the interim, chaos, squalor, lawlessness, anarchy are ever the “currency” of leftists. When voted-in, they promptly deconstruct our national borders and endow illegal aliens with voting rights, refuse to prosecute violent criminals, empty our prisons, criminalize legitimate self-defense, ban guns (for everyone but themselves), massively increase taxes on hated “Kulaks,” massively expand ranks of the “homeless” (by choice), vilify Christians and Jews, vilify economic freedom (capitalism), particularly private-sector employers, fill the books with innumerable arbitrary, confusing, stagnating, incomprehensible new “regulations” while simultaneously recruiting a monumental army of erstwhile unemployed bureaucrats to arbitrarily enforce them (all of whom armed with guns that the rest of us are apparently too stupid to own), de-fund our military and police, throw political opponents into prison (where there will now be plenty of room), while labeling all who object as “racists”
The foregoing represents only the “first step.” Our Second Amendment, indeed our whole Constitution, will be revoked, replaced with a “Master Plan,” as noted above. As so many have unhappily discovered, we can vote our way into socialism, but we’ll have to shoot our way out! In the midst of COVID, under the JRB Administration, we should all remember that it was apparently never serious enough to even so much as police our borders.
Individual self-defense from leftist-protected violent criminals is thus “defense of liberty.” When I meet a fellow American citizen who has successfully defended himself from one of these leftist-recruited, leftist-defended thugs, I have say to them, “Thanks for your service, Soldier!”
